Star Apple Foundation is a small Irish/Filipino charity in The Philippines.
We are a fully registered non-stock non-profit charity with the SEC (securities and exchange commission).
All of our board are also volunteers, and nobody receives renumeration.
Our projects include basic housing, anti malnutrition, and education, all for the poorest members of society.
As of January 1, 2018 we have built 181 simple houses on the island of Leyte. Also we have 2 ongoing 'Soup Kitchens', one in the old Dump Site in Maasin City, and the other in Amparo, Macrohon. We feed the malnourished children daily at both sites.
